Infobar
-Features a clock [12/24 hour display option], calendar, volume control, WiFi signal-strength meter, battery monitor and an alarm manager. The alarm manager lets you set multiple alarms of three kinds - one-time, countdown or repeating.

Mini what-to-do
-Adds a simple, unobtrusive To-do list

Informer
-Adds a bar to your desktop which can show a variety of information including CPU usage, used hard disk space and swap file usage. Can even check your GMail account for new messages.

MiniNetStat
-A widget that monitors the upload and download speeds of your internet connection. So small it fits in a corner of your screen.

Window Controller
-Lets you minimize, tile or cascade all open windows on your screen.

You can download confabulator from here. The program will not install if you don't have Service Pack 1 or 3 for Windows but it will still work even if you just download winHTTP.dll and unzip it into your windows/system folder. Clcik here to get it.
